Services
Geconex has been providing services for on-premise applications since 1998 and has also been offering services for cloud solutions for several years.

These services include everything needed to ensure the smooth operation of our customers' IT infrastructure: from the introduction of new systems, applications or services to support during ongoing operations. Some of our services also relate to the technology transition to cloud-based solutions that many customers are currently undergoing.

With all our services, we focus primarily on SAP HCM systems, SAP cloud-based solutions (SAP SucessFactors) and UKG systems (Kronos). However, today's world is characterized by increasing integration diversity and we anticipate this trend by not ignoring other applications, software components and solutions and covering them with our services as required.

As an owner-managed, unlisted company, we are independent in the market. We focus on sustainable solutions and reliable services as well as long-term employee and client relationships.

We take on large and small consulting mandates in both national and international environments.

Service provision
Geconex generally agrees projects and assignments on a contract basis, either on a time and materials basis (T&M) or as a fixed-price assignment.
​
Our internal consultants are permanently employed by Geconex, are trained in their field of expertise and continuously keep up to date with the latest knowledge through further training.
​
Geconex also has a SECO-approved license for commercial personnel leasing. This means that we meet the requirements under employment law to satisfy the conditions of state organizations for commissioning. Accordingly, we can also offer the placement of employees to provide specialist support in your company (assignment company: with transfer of employees including their work management as so-called “external internal employees”).
