Access to data is assigned by means of authorization roles. This assignment of authorization roles represents an extremely important protection and security factor for IT and the organization: Employees/users should only be able to access the data to which they are authorized according to their function (“need-to-know” principle).

We work with our customers to develop a suitable Target Operating Model (TOM) and then create the associated roles and access authorizations. Our consultants set up the authorization roles both in HCM on-premise and in cloud solutions (SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).
